Discovering Stillpoint Together
I have spent years collecting tools for transformation.
Meditation. Movement. Breath. Writing. Music. Art. Observation. Conversation. Contemplation.
Practices that have helped me understand myself more deeply and move through life with greater clarity.
There Is No Formula
We are often given frameworks for how to become calmer, more focused, more resilient, more fulfilled. But what transforms one person may not necessarily transform another. We each have our own needs, patterns, circumstances, and ways of experiencing life.
So rather than beginning with a predetermined program, we begin with you.
We look closely at what is happening in your life and explore what you are hoping to understand, change, or experience differently.
Then we explore how we can get there.
We may take an activity you already do every day and approach it differently. Perhaps we introduce a practice. Perhaps we slow it down enough to experience it truly as it is. Perhaps a conversation reveals something you had never quite articulated before.
The practice is developed around the activities and circumstances already present in your life. Nothing needs to be added. Instead, attention and awareness are brought more fully to what is already there.
And from that shift, the experience of everyday life can begin to take on a whole new perspective.
Stillpoint Is Being Built Through Conversation
I know what transformation has meant in my own life. I know the tools and experiences I have gathered over many years. I am here to discover how to shape all of this into a methodology that genuinely serves other people.
Stillpoint is beginning with a small group of people who are willing to embark on this journey together. You can be part of the founding participants of Stillpoint.
This is an invitation to see what we can discover together.
What I Can Promise
You will leave with an experience of having met yourself at a deeper level.
You will leave with a renewed life perspective.
You will leave having felt seen and heard.
During the session, you may experience a new way of engaging with the texture of life. Or hear yourself asking a question you had never thought of before. Or see a pattern you had never been aware of.
An Invitation to Begin
I am now opening Stillpoint to its first founding participants.
I am looking for a small number of people who are curious enough about themselves to create space to pause, reflect, and explore.
The first session is a beta session, which means there is no expectation of payment, no commitment to working with me beyond that meeting. All I ask for is your genuine participation and feedback at the end.
Come as you are and find your Stillpoint.
